A Jumbo user is someone who dreams & aspires of boosting their daily life by winning beyond their regular income. However, the pursuit of online gaming success often comes at a high cost—many lose significant money, and some even face devastating consequences.
Jumbo is here to change that. We give users the same chance to win big as other platforms, but with a game-changing twist: even if you lose, you don’t walk away empty-handed. Strategy & Ideation
Conceptualized game strategies and mechanics.

Designed and sourced all app assets, including icons, graphics, and other visuals, to ensure a cohesive design.

KYC
Problem
Users faced challenges completing KYC on the app, preventing them from transferring winnings to their bank accounts. This led to:
A steep 70-80% decline in weekly KYC numbers.
Increased app uninstall rates.
A surge in support queries, wasting time on manual backend fixes.
Name mismatches.
Lack of Aadhaar cards or unwillingness to share information.
Slow and glitchy Aadhaar verification.
Insufficient information about the KYC process.
Solution
Added additional ID verification options while keeping Aadhaar as the primary choice.
Designed KYC flows to provide alternative verification options if the first attempt fails.
Included sample verification card images to guide users and build trust.
Placed helpful information text at key points with a support button for rare issues.
Ensured clear communication on user verification status and estimated completion time to enhance transparency.
Impact
Support queries reduced to nearly zero, saving valuable time for other tasks.
Monthly KYC completions grew from just few hundreds to over 8K.
Significant decrease in app uninstalls as users could seamlessly transfer their winnings.
Weekly user retention improved, with peak monthly revenue exceeding a million+.
